**Responsibilities**

As a Health Care Aide, you will be responsible for assisting patients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming. You will also provide basic supportive care, including feeding, toileting, and transferring patients. In addition, you will work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery.

**Requirements**

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Grade XII or equivalent education
  • Health Care Aide Certificate from a recognized educational institution
  • Experience in a relevant clinical area preferred

**Skills and Qualifications**

You will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to function effectively within a fast-paced environment. You will also demonstrate knowledge of Health Care Aide practice, including basic principles of patient care and safety procedures.

**Salary and Benefits**

We offer a competitive salary range of $53,445 - $67,509 per year, depending on experience. In addition, you will receive comprehensive benefits, including medical and dental coverage, and a generous pension plan.
