Food Service Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Rockit Coffee Co. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food service management and excellent leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring a high level of quality and efficiency.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a culture of excellence and compliance.
- Monitor and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for business growth.
- Prepare and submit reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
- Establish work schedules and ensure seamless day-to-day operations, meeting the needs of our customers and staff.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within the food service industry.

- Permanent work term with 35 to 40 hours per week.
