Key Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced professional who can lead our U-Turn/U-Link team in Surrey, BC. The successful candidate will oversee service delivery, ensure compliance with best practices, internal policies, legislation, funding contracts, accreditation standards, and PLEA values.

  • Select, orient, train, evaluate, discipline, manage performance, lead, and motivate employees.
  • Foster a learning team culture by coaching and mentoring employees.
  • Participate in annual budget planning.
  • Contribute to the development of program policies and procedures.
  • Complete incident and complaint investigations as required.
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Two (2) or more years of related management experience.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent case management skills.
  • Strong conflict management, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Strong organization and time management skills.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
