About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service and support to customers via phone, email, and chat.
  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Upsell and cross-sell Reliance products and services to customers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and implement changes to enhance customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education an asset.
