Key Responsibilities

  • Professional Development: Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge in sales, customer service, and spa operations.
Requirements
  • Customer Service Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse customers and team members.
  • Sales and Marketing Experience: Previous experience in sales or marketing, preferably in the wellness or spa industry.
  • Education and Training: High school diploma or equivalent required; certification in a related field (e.g. massage therapy, esthetics) an asset.
  • Availability and Flexibility: Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends, and flexibility to adapt to changing business needs.
