About the Role:- Provide top-notch customer service to guests and wholesale customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Stay up-to-date on parts and supplies, maintaining minimum levels through data processing records and visual inspections.
- Collaborate with technicians to issue parts on requisitions, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Conduct periodic inventory checks, establishing minimum supply levels and advising supervisors of obsolete parts for turn-in.
- Work closely with the team to improve CSI and customer satisfaction, aligning with OpenRoad's philosophy.

- At least 1 year of experience in an auto parts advisory role.
- Excellent customer service skills and a working knowledge of automotive equipment, parts, and accessories.
- Ability to maintain records and prepare reports using a computerized equipment maintenance system.
- Valid BC driver's license.
