We are seeking a skilled Concrete Finisher - Surface Specialist to join our team at Intra Pacific Ventures Limited. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for ensuring the high-quality finish of our concrete surfaces.



Responsibilities


  • Fill hollows and remove spots on freshly poured cement to achieve a smooth surface finish
  • Operate power vibrators to compact concrete and ensure a stable base
  • Level top surface concrete according to grade and depth specification for a precise finish
  • Apply hardening and sealing components to cure surfaces and enhance durability
  • Waterproof, damp proof and restore surfaces to prevent damage and extend lifespan
  • Repair, resurface and replace worn or damaged sections of concrete structures

  • As a Concrete Finisher - Surface Specialist, you will work on various construction projects, including residential and commercial developments

Requirements


  • No degree, certificate or diploma required
  • 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing project requirements
