Asset Protection Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Asset Protection Specialist to join our team at Hudson's Bay. As a key member of our Asset Protection team, you will play a critical role in protecting our assets and ensuring the integrity of our operations.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough investigations into incidents of theft and loss, gathering evidence and interviewing witnesses as needed.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to prevent and detect theft, including monitoring CCTV footage and conducting regular audits.
- Collaborate with store management and employees to identify and address potential security risks, providing training and guidance as needed.
- Work closely with law enforcement to investigate and prosecute cases of theft and other crimes.
- Stay up-to-date with changing laws and regulations related to security and asset protection, ensuring compliance with all relevant standards.
- Valid security license for the region/market.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound judgments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
