Asset Protection Investigator

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Asset Protection Investigator to join our team at Hudson's Bay. As a key member of our Asset Protection team, you will be responsible for leading the investigation and prevention of loss and theft within our stores.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough investigations into loss and theft incidents, gathering evidence and interviewing witnesses as needed.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to prevent loss and theft, including training employees and collaborating with store management.
- Monitor and analyze store operations to identify areas of vulnerability and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with law enforcement and other agencies to investigate and prosecute cases of theft and other crimes.
- Stay up-to-date with changing laws and regulations related to loss prevention and asset protection.
Requirements:
- Valid security license (region/market specific) is required.
- Awareness of retail procedures and criminal civil proceeding process is an asset.
- Full flexibility with schedule (including evenings and weekends).
