Executive Chef

Rick's Place Restaurant Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Culinary Professional to join our team as an Executive Chef. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cooking and kitchen management, with the ability to lead a team and maintain a clean and safe working environment.

The Executive Chef will be responsible for:

• Preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods
• Preparing dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances
• Inspecting kitchens and food service areas
• Ordering supplies and equipment
• Supervising kitchen staff and helpers
• Maintaining inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
• Cleaning kitchen and work areas
• Organizing buffets and banquets
• Managing kitchen operations

The Executive Chef will work closely with the kitchen team to ensure that all dishes are prepared to the highest standard and that the kitchen is running efficiently. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
