About the Role
As a General Manager at Service Inspired Restaurants, you will be responsible for upholding the highest quality standards for food, service, and financial management. You will ensure training and proper supervision of team members and managers on all restaurant procedures, provide leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making in all areas, build and maintain a productive partnership with the chef, and understand and interpret P&Ls and other financial statements.
Qualifications
We are looking for a candidate with 5 years of previous restaurant management experience, with approximately $4 million + in annual sales. The candidate should be proficient in English verbal and written communication, comfortable using computers and learning new software, and have the ability to manage sales goals, inventory, cash, and possess the five values that define our people: Hospitality, Authenticity, Quality, Fun, and Courage.
