About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Property Administrator to join our team at Globe Facilities Services Ltd.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hire and supervise support staff to ensure seamless day-to-day operations
  • Prepare and administer contracts for property services, including maintenance and repairs
  • Coordinate the implementation of repairs, maintenance, and renovation projects
  • Monitor progress and costs for property owners, ensuring timely and budget-friendly solutions
  • Compile and maintain accurate records of operating expenses and income
  • Respond promptly to client or tenant inquiries and concerns
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in property management or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office
