Job Title:

Senior Disability Case Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Disability Case Manager to join our team in BC. As a Disability Case Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating disability management and facilitating successful return-to-work plans.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate disability situations and develop effective case management strategies to promote recovery and return to work.
  • Assess accommodation requests and implement tailored return-to-work plans.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders through verbal and written correspondence.
Requirements:
  • Possession of a professional designation in a health-related discipline, such as Kinesiology, and a Certificate or higher in Disability Case Management or similar.
  • Related professional designations like CDMP, RTWDM are highly desirable.
  • Superior communication and listening skills.
  • Excellent organization and multitasking abilities.
  • Dedication to making informed decisions within tight time constraints.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and Teams.
  • Strong documentation and time management skills.
  • Familiarity with relevant employment legislation, workplace accommodations, and disability management principles.
About the Opportunity:
  • Competitive salary range: $55,000 - $70,000 per annum.
  • The opportunity to work from a home-based office in BC.
