We are a leading healthcare provider seeking an experienced Physiotherapy Support Specialist to join our team.

Estimated Salary Range: $45,000 - $55,000 per yearJob Description:

We require a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to support our physiotherapists in delivering high-quality patient care.

  • This is a full-time position working 40 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities:Treatment Programs:

The successful candidate will assist in carrying out treatment programs under the direction of physiotherapists and/or occupational therapists.

  • Administer tests using equipment, instruct patients on test procedures, and record results.
  • Monitor, check, and calibrate auditory equipment.
Clinical Tasks:

The ideal candidate will maintain clinical and progress reports, document patient rehabilitation progress, process files and paperwork, and schedule appointments.

  • Take patients' general medical and ophthalmic history.
  • Manage routine office functions including reception, telephone, and booking appointments.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Combination of sitting, standing, and walking as required by the job.
