In this dynamic role, you will have the opportunity to work on complex projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to the development of our Compliance Program.

About the Role:
  • Conduct reviews and adjudicate alerts generated by our internal transaction monitoring systems to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor and test existing internal controls designed to detect unusual or suspicious activities, ensuring adherence to our AML/ATF policies and procedures.
  • Analyze data from various sources to identify trends and areas for improvement, providing recommendations to streamline future reporting processes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to prepare and file reports to regulators within defined timelines, in accordance with our policies and procedures.
  • Support the AML team with regulatory record-keeping duties, maintaining the effectiveness of our AML/ATF Compliance Program and the integrity of data reported to the CAMLO, Senior Management, and the Board of Directors.
About You:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in AML/ATF compliance, preferably in a financial institution or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements for AML/ATF, industry best practices, and organizational goals for AML/ATF systems.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and internet/web navigation.
  • Bilingualism is an asset (English and French).
