We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Tax Specialist to join our team at Lenovo. As a key member of our tax department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the company's tax compliance and provision efforts are accurate and timely.
Responsibilities:- Prepare and coordinate the quarterly global tax provision, working closely with tax accounting, finance, and IR teams.
- Assist in maintaining a stable and predictable tax environment through timely and accurate provision reporting.
- Manage the group's global tax position from an international perspective, identifying opportunities for tax optimization and monitoring potential risks.
- Develop and implement tax internal control processes, ensuring compliance with global tax models and transfer-pricing policies.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders, including regional tax, legal, trade compliance, treasury, accounting, and finance teams, to ensure proper implementation of tax policies and procedures.
- University degree in business administration, economics, finance, or accounting.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in Big 4 or Mid-tier public accounting firm, with a focus on corporate MNC tax compliance and provision.
- Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and SAP, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new systems.
