Transportation Operations Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Transportation Operations Supervisor to join our team at WASTEHAUL TRANSPORT INC. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating activities with other work units or departments, preparing and submitting reports, and arranging for maintenance and repair work.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments
  • Prepare and submit reports
  • Arrange for maintenance and repair work
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
  • Co-ordinate, assign and review work
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies
  • Establish work schedules and procedures
  • Plan, organize and oversee operational logistics of the organization

As a Transportation Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising 3-4 people, including dispatchers and radio operators, transportation route and crew schedulers. You will also be required to have knowledge of MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Word, and MS Windows.
