Job Title: Assistant Transportation Manager

Shipload Transportation is seeking an experienced Assistant Transportation Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and organizing daily operations, ensuring compliance with regulations, and establishing policies and standards for the transportation and storage of goods.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and organize daily operations to ensure efficient and effective transportation of goods.
  • Develop and implement policies and standards for the transportation and storage of goods.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and industry standards.
  • Manage finances and budget for transportation operations.
  • Recruit and manage staff to support transportation operations.
  • Negotiate with service providers to secure preferential rates.
  • Oversee the scheduling and dispatching of vehicles and goods.
Requirements:
  • 1-7 months of experience in a transportation or logistics role.
  • Permanent employment.
  • English language proficiency.
  • 40-50 hours of work per week.
