Job Title: Transportation Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Transportation Operations Manager to join our team at Shipload Transportation. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for planning and organizing daily transportation operations, ensuring compliance with regulations, and managing finances.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and organize daily transportation operations to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.
  • Develop and implement policies and standards for the transportation and storage of goods.
  • Recruit and manage a team of transportation staff to ensure seamless operations.
  • Manage finances and budget to ensure cost-effectiveness.
  • Negotiate with service providers to secure preferential rates.
  • Oversee the scheduling and dispatching of vehicles and goods.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
  • Permanent employment.
  • English language proficiency.
  • 40 to 50 hours per week.
