As an Exterior Finisher, you will be responsible for loading, unloading, and transporting construction materials, as well as mixing, pouring, and spreading materials such as concrete and asphalt. You will also perform routine maintenance work, remove rubble and other debris at construction sites, and install door, window, and other hardware.

In this role, you will work in a fast-paced environment and be physically demanding, handling heavy loads and working at heights. You will be required to wear steel-toed safety boots and have excellent oral communication skills.

Responsibilities:

\u2022 Load, unload, and transport construction materials
\u2022 Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt
\u2022 Perform routine maintenance work
\u2022 Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites
\u2022 Install door, window, and other hardware
\u2022 Assemble, erect, and dismantle scaffolding, rigging, and hoisting equipment
\u2022 Install vapour barriers and fire-retardant materials
\u2022 Trowel or spray coats of stucco over exteriors of buildings to form weatherproof surfaces
\u2022 Install sheet metal flashings

Requirements:

\u2022 Industrial, commercial, and institutional construction experience
\u2022 Residential construction experience
\u2022 Sheeting and cladding experience
\u2022 Siding experience
\u2022 Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
\u2022 Ability to handle heavy loads
\u2022 Excellent oral communication skills
