Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement plans to prioritize tasks and optimize workflow.
  • Organize and oversee the operational logistics of the organization, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Prepare and submit reports on warehouse operations and performance metrics.
  • Ensure the smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery, arranging for maintenance and repair work as needed.
  • Resolve work problems and provide technical advice to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies, maintaining inventory levels and organizing stockroom management.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A secondary (high) school graduation certificate, with 1-7 months of relevant experience, or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, managers, and external stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling heavy loads and working under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
  • Ability to relocate for this position.

What We Offer
