Job Title: Food Service Supervisor
About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to lead our team at Taco Time. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer service are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Lead and manage a team of food service staff, ensuring that they are working efficiently and effectively to meet the needs of our customers.
- Train and Develop Staff: Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to help staff improve their skills and knowledge, ensuring that they are equipped to provide excellent customer service.
- Quality Control: Monitor and maintain high standards of quality in all aspects of our food service operations, including food preparation, presentation, and customer service.
- Inventory Management: Manage and maintain accurate records of inventory levels, ensuring that we have the necessary supplies to meet customer demand.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports to management, detailing key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
Requirements:
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years
- Work Environment: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, standing for extended periods, walking, physically demanding
