Job Summary

TACO TIME is seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our fast food outlet.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet customer demand
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, providing guidance and training as needed
  • Develop and maintain high standards of food quality and presentation
  • Manage inventory and supplies, ensuring timely ordering and restocking
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Maintain accurate records of sales, stock, and waste
  • Prepare and submit regular reports to management
Requirements
  • 2 years of experience in a fast-paced food service environment
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
