The Role

We're seeking a Social Media Coordinator to join our team in Saint John, New Brunswick. As a key member of our digital engagement team, you'll be responsible for actively participating in social media conversations, responding to guest inquiries, and maintaining a positive online presence for our brand.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and respond to social media conversations in a timely and professional manner
  • Develop and implement social media content strategies to engage with our audience
  • Collaborate with our public relations, corporate communications, and brand leaders to escalate serious concerns
  • Manage online discussions and maintain a consistency of messages
Requirements
  • 2-year degree, post-high school
  • 1-3 years of professional customer service experience
