We are seeking a skilled Housekeeping Attendant to join our team at Naturally Pacific Resort. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and organization of our guest rooms and public areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sweep, mop, and polish floors to maintain a high level of cleanliness and shine.
  • Dust and clean furniture, fixtures, and appliances to ensure a hygienic environment.
  • Vacuum and clean carpets, rugs, and upholstered furniture to remove dirt and stains.
  • Make beds and change sheets to provide a comfortable and clean sleeping environment for our guests.
  • Stock linen closets and distribute clean towels and toiletries to our guests.
  • Clean and disinfect kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances to maintain a high level of hygiene.
  • Disinfect operating rooms and other areas to ensure a safe and healthy environment.
  • Clean and disinfect elevators to maintain a clean and safe environment for our guests.
  • Handle and report lost and found items to ensure our guests' personal belongings are safe and secure.
  • Provide basic information on facilities and amenities to our guests.
  • Pick up debris and empty trash containers to maintain a clean and organized environment.
  • Wash windows, walls, and ceilings to maintain a clean and visually appealing environment.
  • Clean changing rooms and showers to provide a clean and hygienic environment for our guests.
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
