Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Housekeeping Attendant to join our team at Naturally Pacific Resort. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities, ensuring a high level of quality and service for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors, dust furniture, vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies and upholstered furniture, make beds and change sheets, distribute clean towels and toiletries, stock linen closet, clean, disinfect and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances, disinfect operating rooms and other areas, clean and disinfect elevators, handle and report lost and found items.
  • Guest Services: Provide basic information on facilities, address customers' complaints or concerns, pick up debris and empty trash containers, wash windows, walls and ceilings, clean changing rooms and showers.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure a safe and healthy environment for guests and staff, report any hazards or incidents to management.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate or diploma required.
  • Experience: Experience an asset.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
