We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Housekeeping Attendant to join our team at Campbell River Lodge. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of our guest rooms and public areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors
  • Dust furniture
  • Vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies and upholstered furniture
  • Make beds and change sheets
  • Distribute clean towels and toiletries
  • Stock linen closet
  • Launder clothing and household linens
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns
Support for Newcomers and Refugees:
  • Supports newcomers and/or refugees with foreign credential recognition
  • Offers mentorship programs that pair newcomers and/or refugees with experienced employees
  • Provides diversity and cross-cultural trainings to create a welcoming work environment for newcomers and/or refugees
Support for Indigenous People:
  • Offers mentorship, coaching and/or networking opportunities for Indigenous workers
  • Provides cultural competency training and/or awareness training to all employees to create a welcoming work environment for Indigenous workers
  • Facilitates access to Elders who can offer support and guidance to Indigenous workers

We offer a permanent position with 30-40 hours of work per week and a welcoming work environment.
