About the Role

This position is a 1-year term stationed in Yellowknife, requiring relocation. The successful candidate will make a significant impact in the following areas:

  • Developing and implementing programs and evaluation plans that align with the organization's mission, vision, and values.
  • Coordinating and evaluating programs administered through the unit, ensuring their effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Supporting the development and success of stakeholder engagement initiatives.
  • Providing program and project coordination, ensuring seamless execution and delivery.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in a related field, with two (2) years of experience in program development, stakeholder engagement, evaluation, or community outreach.
  • Lived experience in the north is considered an asset.
