Requirements:

  • CPA title
  • Experience in an accounting firm
  • 5-8 years of experience in finance and accounting, including extensive consolidation and reporting experience
  • Analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving ability
  • Ability to develop FP&A tools, templates, and/or models
  • Leadership skills with experience in managing a team
  • Experience with system implementation, process improvement, and change management
  • Proficiency with ERP and accounting software
