We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facility Maintenance Manager to join our team at Ontario Sky Jump.

Job Summary:

The Facility Maintenance Manager will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of our amusement park's machinery, equipment, and electrical and mechanical systems. This includes developing and implementing schedules and procedures for safety inspections and preventive maintenance programs, as well as directing the maintenance and repair of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Estimate costs of installing and maintaining equipment or services
  • Develop and implement schedules and procedures for safety inspections and preventive maintenance programs
  • Direct the maintenance and repair of our amusement park's machinery, equipment, and electrical and mechanical systems
  • Hire and oversee training and supervision of staff
  • Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of real estate infrastructures, including machinery, equipment, and electrical and mechanical systems
  • Plan and manage the facility's operations budget
  • Plan, organize, and direct administrative services, such as signage, cleaning, maintenance, parking, safety inspections, security, and snow removal
  • Train customers' staff in the operation and maintenance of equipment
  • Resolve product and service-related problems
  • Troubleshoot problems related to equipment
  • Organize and maintain inventory
Requirements:
  • College/CEGEP education
  • 1-2 years of experience in maintenance and repair
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting
