Facility Maintenance Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facility Maintenance Manager to join our team at Ontario Sky Jump. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities and equipment.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement schedules and procedures for safety inspections and preventive maintenance programs
- Direct the maintenance and repair of our machinery, equipment, and electrical and mechanical systems
- Hire and oversee training and supervision of staff
- Plan and manage our operations budget
- Organize and maintain inventory
- Train customers' staff in the operation and maintenance of equipment
- College/CEGEP education
- 1-2 years of experience in maintenance and repair
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Physical stamina to handle heavy loads and work in a physically demanding environment
