Job Title: Facility Maintenance Manager - Equipment Installation and Maintenance
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Facility Maintenance Manager to join our team at Ontario Sky Jump. As a key member of our facilities operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our amusement park facilities, including the installation, maintenance, and repair of equipment and electrical and mechanical systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Estimate costs of installing and maintaining equipment or services
- Develop and implement schedules and procedures for safety inspections and preventive maintenance programs
- Direct the maintenance and repair of an establishment's machinery, equipment, and electrical and mechanical systems
- Hire and oversee training and supervision of staff
- Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of real estate infrastructures, including machinery, equipment, and electrical and mechanical systems
- Plan and manage the facility's operations budget
- Plan, organize, and direct administrative services, such as signage, cleaning, maintenance, parking, safety inspections, security, and snow removal
- Train customers' staff in the operation and maintenance of equipment
- Resolve product and service-related problems
- Troubleshoot problems related to equipment
- Organize and maintain inventory
Requirements:
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Physically demanding work
