Job Summary

MILLENIUM PRINTING INC. is seeking a highly skilled Production Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our production team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective production of high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Production Activities
    • Oversee the production team to ensure timely completion of projects
    • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth production workflow
  • Quality Control and Assurance
    • Conduct regular quality checks to ensure products meet company standards
    • Implement quality control measures to prevent defects and errors
  • Training and Development
    • Train and develop production team members to improve skills and knowledge
    • Provide coaching and feedback to team members to enhance performance
  • Inventory Management
    • Manage inventory levels to ensure adequate stock for production
    • Coordinate with procurement team to order materials and supplies
  • Problem-Solving and Communication
    • Identify and resolve production-related problems in a timely manner
    • Communicate effectively with team members, management, and customers to ensure seamless production workflow
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Work Experience
    • 1 to less than 7 months
