Production Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Production Supervisor to join our team at Starbrand Production Inc. as a key member of our operations team.
Key Responsibilities- Food Safety and Quality
- Develop and implement effective food safety protocols to minimize hazards throughout the production process.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with food safety regulations and company standards.
- Team Leadership
- Train and mentor production staff on job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
- Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
- Operations Management
- Oversee the production process to ensure efficient use of resources and minimize waste.
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase productivity and product quality.
- Reporting and Analysis
- Prepare and submit regular reports on production performance, including metrics on quality, productivity, and safety.
- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Personnel Management
- Recommend personnel actions, including hiring and promotions, to ensure the team has the necessary skills and expertise.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge.
- Security and Safety
- Ensure all staff members undergo regular security checks, including criminal record checks.
- Develop and implement safety protocols to minimize risks and ensure a safe working environment.
- Work Environment and Physical Capabilities
- Work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Meet the physical demands of the role, including standing for long periods and lifting heavy objects.
- Personal Suitability
- Demonstrate strong organizational skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Exhibit strong values and ethics, including reliability and a commitment to quality.
- Experience
- Minimum 1-7 months of experience in a production or operations role.
- Permanent employment with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Fluency in English language.
