Production Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Supervisor to join our team at Recruiting For Less. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our manufacturing facility, ensuring that production processes are running smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and Manage Production Teams: Supervise and coordinate the activities of production staff, ensuring that tasks are completed on time and to the required quality standards.
- Monitor and Control Production Processes: Oversee the production process, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Ensure Quality and Safety Standards: Maintain a safe and healthy work environment, ensuring that all production staff are aware of and adhere to company safety policies and procedures.
- Manage Inventory and Supplies: Oversee the receipt, storage, and issuance of raw materials, components, and finished goods, ensuring that inventory levels are maintained at optimal levels.
- Coordinate Shipping and Logistics: Arrange for the transportation of goods to and from the facility, ensuring that all shipments are delivered on time and in good condition.
- Develop and Implement Process Improvements: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to increase efficiency, productivity, and quality.
- Provide Training and Support: Provide training and support to production staff, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs effectively.
- High School Diploma: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- 5-7 Years' Experience: A minimum of 5-7 years' experience in a production or manufacturing environment, with a proven track record of leadership and management.
- Technical Knowledge: A strong understanding of manufacturing processes and procedures, including quality control and safety protocols.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with production staff, management, and external stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex problems.
