Finance Coordinator

Circet Ireland & UK is a leading provider of specialist services to the Telecommunications, Transport Infrastructure, and Power Sectors in Ireland and the UK. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Finance Assistant to join our team in the Finance Department at Circet Home.
Key Responsibilities
Process and pay weekly Subcontractor Invoices in a timely and accurate manner.
Review and approve Expense Claims for weekly payment runs, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Manage and control Driver Penalty Charge Notices, ensuring timely notification and resolution.
Update employee and Subcontractor Recharges to ensure recovery of costs.
Assist with the employee Leaver process, ensuring accurate and timely debt recovery.
Provide support with Sales Ledger and Credit Control, ensuring accurate and timely management of customer accounts.
Manage the Mailbox, ensuring timely and accurate processing of incoming and outgoing mail.
Assist with annual Audit Pack Preparation, ensuring accurate and timely completion of audit requirements.
Requirements
1 year of previous Finance experience, preferably in a similar role.
Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills, with the ability to learn new software quickly.
Ability to work to strict deadlines, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
Previous experience with Accounting Systems, with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
