Selkirk GM is looking for a Delivery Coordinator. In this role you will play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth and efficient vehicle delivery process for our customers. This position involves coordinating with various departments, preparing vehicles for delivery, and providing an exceptional delivery experience to our clients.

**Responsibilities**
- Schedule and oversee the delivery of vehicles to customers, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Communicate delivery schedules with customers, confirming all necessary details.
- Prepare, review, and ensure the accuracy of all documentation required for vehicle delivery.
- Ensure all vehicles are clean, fueled, and meet quality standards prior to delivery.
- Coordinate with the service department to complete any required inspections or detailing.
- Work closely with the sales, finance, and service departments to facilitate a smooth delivery process.
- Coordinate with sales staff to ensure all customer preferences and special requests are addressed.
- Follow up with customers post-delivery to ensure satisfaction and address any additional concerns.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in the automotive industry or a customer service role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software relevant to the position.
- Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license
