Goldthorpe Insurance & Financial Services, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Insurance Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving claims in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve claims in a timely and professional manner
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to our policyholders
- Work closely with our sales team to ensure seamless customer experience
- Stay up-to-date on industry developments and regulatory changes
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Property & Casualty license (preferred/must be able to obtain)
