About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Vice President, Enterprise Information Security to join our team at People Corporation. As a senior leader, you will be responsible for providing strategic direction and leadership to our information security program, ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our systems, assets, and data.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive enterprise information security program, including risk management, security awareness, and incident response.
  • Lead the establishment of information security governance structures, including the information security steering committee.
  • Collaborate with business units to facilitate information security risk assessments and risk management processes.
  • Develop and socialize security policies, and report on progress to internal stakeholders.
  • Liaise with external agencies, such as law enforcement and advisory bodies, to ensure a strong security posture.
  • Monitor the external threat environment and advise stakeholders on appropriate courses of action.
  • Lead and motivate the information security team to achieve tactical and strategic goals.

Requirements

  • At least 8 years' experience in information security, with a strong background in technology and risk management.
  • At least 5 years' experience in a senior management role, with proven ability to lead, motivate, and inspire a team of security professionals.
  • Experience with common information security management frameworks, such as ISO/IEC 27001 and NIST.
  • Degree in business administration or a technology-related field, or equivalent work- or education-related experience.
  • Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), or other similar credentials.
