Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Vice President, Enterprise Information Security to lead our information security program and support the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our systems, assets, and data.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive enterprise information security and IT risk management program, including the enhancement of our cyber security awareness training program.
  • Establish and maintain an information security governance structure, including chairing the information security steering committee.
  • Lead the security team in risk assessments, risk management processes, and the development of security policies and standards.
  • Liaise with external agencies, such as law enforcement and other advisory bodies, to ensure our organization maintains a strong security posture.
  • Monitor the external threat environment and advise stakeholders on emerging threats and appropriate courses of action.
  • Lead and motivate the information security team to achieve tactical and strategic goals.

Requirements

  • At least 8 years' experience in information security, with a strong background in technology and risk management.
  • At least 5 years' experience in a senior management role, with proven ability to lead, motivate, and inspire a team of security professionals.
  • Experience with common information security management frameworks, such as ISO/IEC 27001 and NIST.
  • Degree in business administration or a technology-related field, or equivalent work- or education-related experience.
  • Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), or other similar credentials.
