Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Steward to join our team at CNB. As a Steward, you will play a critical role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our kitchen areas, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for our team members and guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Organize and maintain the cleanliness of all kitchen areas, including dishes, glasses, and cookware.
  • Ensure all company standards and safety policies are adhered to.
  • Assist with the receipt of goods into the work area and stock shelves.
  • Prepare food products as requested.
  • Liaise and communicate effectively with all operational departments.
  • Develop and cultivate strong working relationships with all stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with licensing laws, health and safety regulations.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma.
  • Minimum 6 months of work experience.
  • Food Safety Certification.
  • Ability to successfully obtain a Gaming License.
Work Environment

The Steward will work in a regular kitchen environment, standing and walking for long periods of time, with major exposure to heat, cold, steam, noise, odors, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, stretching, and bending.
