Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Steward to join our team at CNB. As a Steward, you will play a critical role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our kitchen and dining areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Organize and maintain the cleanliness of all kitchen areas, including dishes, glasses, and cookware.
  • Ensure all company standards and safety policies are adhered to.
  • Assist with the receipt of goods into the work area and stock shelves.
  • Prepare food products as requested.
  • Liaise and communicate effectively with all operational departments.
  • Develop and cultivate strong working relationships with all stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with licensing laws, health and safety regulations.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma.
  • Minimum 6 months of work experience.
  • Food Safety Certification.
  • Ability to successfully obtain a Gaming License.
Work Environment

The Steward will work in a regular kitchen environment, standing and walking for long periods of time. The role will involve exposure to heat, cold, steam, noise, odors, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, stretching, bending, and some exposure to fumes, smoke, chemicals, and risk of minor cuts and burns.
