About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Saiish Enterprises Inc DBA Husky. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate a Cash Register: Accurately process transactions, handle customer payments, and maintain a clean and organized cash handling area.
  • Process Transactions: Handle cash, credit, and debit card payments, as well as process returns and exchanges.
  • Stock Shelves and Maintain Store Appearance: Restock shelves, maintain a clean and organized store environment, and ensure that all products are properly displayed.
  • Provide Customer Service: Greet customers, respond to their inquiries, and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Monitor Store Operations: Maintain a safe and secure store environment, monitor inventory levels, and report any discrepancies to management.
  • Participate in Promotional Activities: Participate in sales promotions, product demonstrations, and other in-store events to drive sales and customer engagement.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of retail sales experience.
  • Work Setting: Retail business environment.
  • Language: English.
  • Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
