- Merchandise and Services: Determine the merchandise and services to be sold, ensuring alignment with company goals and customer needs.
- Price and Credits Policies: Implement and manage price and credits policies to maximize sales and revenue.
- Procurement: Locate, select, and procure merchandise for resale, ensuring quality and competitiveness.
- Marketing Strategies: Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to drive sales and customer engagement.
- Financial Management: Plan and manage budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, and make informed decisions to optimize business performance.
- Staffing Requirements: Determine staffing requirements to meet business needs and ensure adequate coverage.
- Issue Resolution: Resolve customer complaints, supply shortages, and other issues that may arise, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
- Recruitment and Supervision: Recruit, hire, and supervise staff and/or volunteers to ensure a high-performing team.
- Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1-2 years.
- Experience: 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, or equivalent experience.
- Language: English.
- Work Term: Permanent.
- Hours: 35-40 hours per week.
