What You'll Do:
  • Take on 2 to 3 active projects at a time that best suit your abilities and interests.
  • Gain recognition from major clients and key industry players, with the opportunity to build long-term relationships.
  • Work with like-minded colleagues, fellow disciplines, and industry experts to deliver successful and impactful projects at local, national, and international scales.
  • Help mentor and develop junior staff who show ability and interest in our field.
  • Use cutting-edge tools and equipment to deliver the best value for our clients.
What We're Looking For:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering.
  • Strong engineering report writing and Client-facing skills.
  • Detain 3 to 5 years of experience in hydraulic transient modeling.
  • P.Eng. designation (or eligible to obtain within 1 year).
  • Presentation skills (client-facing and/or conference) are an asset.
