Greenhouse Laborer

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Greenhouse Laborer to join our team at Amber Greenhouse & Farms Inc. As a key member of our horticulture team, you will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining our vertical farming systems, ensuring optimal growth and development of our crops.
Key Responsibilities- Cultivation and Maintenance: Cultivate on vertical farming systems, ensuring proper growth and development of crops.
- Greenhouse Cleaning: Maintain a clean and organized greenhouse environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Task Execution: Execute tasks such as guiding growing shoots into optimal development positions, hand harvesting vegetables, and transplanting seedlings or rooted cuttings.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of daily progress, including signs of insect or disease damage and fertilization schedules.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the horticulture team to ensure seamless execution of tasks and maintenance of high-quality crops.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
- Experience: Willingness to train and learn on the job.
- Language: English language proficiency.
- Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
