Job Title: Cook

We are seeking a skilled Cook to join our team at KHEHRA&SANDHU LTD. as a key member of our culinary team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes to the highest standards, ensuring that all food is presented in a visually appealing and appetizing manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and cook a range of dishes, including soups, salads, and main courses, using fresh ingredients and adhering to recipes and presentation guidelines.
  • Ensure that all food is cooked to the correct temperature and texture, and that all dishes are presented in a clean and hygienic manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety standards and ensuring that all equipment is properly cleaned and maintained.
  • Work effectively as part of a team, communicating with colleagues and management to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to food safety, health and safety, and customer service.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Cook or in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
  • Excellent culinary skills, including the ability to prepare and cook a variety of dishes to a high standard.
  • Strong attention to detail, with a focus on presentation and quality.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team, communicating with colleagues and management to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
  • Adherence to all company policies and procedures, including those related to food safety, health and safety, and customer service.
