Job Title: Cook

We are seeking a skilled Cook to join our team at Charminar Indian Cuisine - Windsor. As a Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods, as well as maintaining inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Determine the size of food portions and costs
  • Plan menus and estimate food requirements for their realization
  • Requisition food and kitchen supplies
  • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas
  • Order supplies and equipment
  • Supervise kitchen staff and helpers
  • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment
  • Clean kitchen and work areas
  • Manage kitchen operations
Requirements:
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience
  • Attention to detail
  • Fast-paced environment
  • Handling heavy loads

  • Standing for extended periods
