The Opportunity

As a Wild Fork Sales Leader, you are enthusiastic and passionate about customers and Wild Fork products. You are a Brand ambassador with an Entrepreneurial spirit. Your focus is to create and provide a memorable experience for all our guests. You will be trained to have the highest level of product knowledge to provide customers with recommendations on their favorite dish and protein.

Key Responsibilities
  • Educate consumers on the Wild Fork Brand and processes.
  • Become a product and culinary expert by educating and giving full effort to provide great recipes and tips on how to pick products and cook.
  • Provide a butcher-friendly shopping experience by personalizing every step of the way.
  • White glove service throughout customer shopping journey and check-out process; deliver an experience to remember.
  • Perform regular stock replenishment duties, product rotation, store standards, consistent presentable conditions, and housekeeping.
  • Process customer e-commerce online orders (Pick & Pack) and oversee timely product hand out for deliveries.
  • Maintain proper inventory control to maximize product freshness and availability.
