Major Responsibilities
  1. Spearhead initiatives to ensure unsurpassed customer service across all channels.
  2. Develop and execute comprehensive training programs for the team, focusing on customer service and sales techniques.
  3. Analyze performance metrics, including NPS, % Sales to Plan, Customer Count, Complete Pair, Labor, Training Saturation, Exam Growth, and others, to inform strategic decision-making.
  4. Promote a culture of excellence by attracting, hiring, and retaining top talent to ensure the right people are in place at the right time.
  5. Collaborate with the Doctor of Optometry to elevate the customer and patient experience, driving store KPIs through targeted initiatives.
  6. Maintain operational efficiency by overseeing inventory management, visual merchandising, and other tasks to ensure seamless execution.

Beyond technical skills, success in this role requires strong influencing and negotiating abilities, as well as effective communication and interpersonal skills. As an Optical Store Leader, you will be empowered to make decisions that drive business growth and deliver exceptional results.
